DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY TIMES
The order will be delivered at the main entrance of the place indicated by the client and a signature and the D.N.I. to collect the merchandise. The carrier has no commitment to bring the merchandise inside the home, only to deposit it at the main street entrance. At the request of the client, the carrier can help the client to take the order to the door of the house, as long as time allows and there is no impediment to bring the goods to the door of the house, as in cases when there is no elevator or the packages do not fit in the elevator or when the packages do not go through the doors or when there are steps to go up to the elevator.
The client is responsible for verifying the content and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery, being that he accepts it and specifying his signature on the copy of the delivery note to return to the carrier, expresses his agreement on what was received and renouncing subsequent claims regarding the suitability and identity of the merchandise requested and received. In the case of verifying the client at the time of delivery errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged, you must record these circumstances on the delivery note of the carrier and report these facts to Tecnochufa 2020, S.L. within 24 hours, through the customer service published on its website.
The invoice corresponding to the order will be attached to the order received.
Shipments will be made within 2 to 7 business days from the confirmation of payment, unless expressly indicated on the screen since some product may have a longer shipping period due to its characteristics and according to areas. In cases when there is no stock and you have to ask the manufacturer, the delivery time will be that indicated by the manufacturer, which will be communicated by email. Tecnochufa 2020, S.L is not responsible for delays in delivery by the carrier for reasons beyond the normal operation of the transport service, such as strikes, accidents, truck overload, etc.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery service and they are counted as non-business days.
