Tecnochufa 2020, SL does not have other branches, precisely in order to reduce the classic costs that each delegation supports in the rest of the distribution points. This allows us to directly offer high quality products at unbeatable and advantageous prices .
Do the prices include VAT?
No, the advertised prices do NOT include VAT, since we sell worldwide. VAT is applied when indicating Spain as the client's country of origin, being the billing address here in Spain.
How is a purchase made?
To buy at TECNOCHUFA it is necessary to register as a customer and enter with username and password, this process is done while making the 1st purchase, requesting all your information. For subsequent purchases, you only have to enter through the ACCESS FORM with your username and password.
How to buy at TECNOCHUFA?
Once you have entered the ACCESS FORM with your username and password, you must select the products you want by clicking on the shopping cart icon, which appears both under each product and in its expanded description. The search for products can be made through our advanced search system or by browsing the categories on the home page (SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT).
How to add more products to the Shopping Cart?
Simply by searching for another product and clicking on the shopping cart icon. If you want to delete a product, just press the "delete" icon and then "update" . If you want to modify the number of units, you must do so in the corresponding box and click "update" .
Can the delivery address be changed?
You can modify the delivery address online during the order. By default the shipping address will be the one you provided when registering as a customer. Optionally, you can modify the billing address to be different from the delivery address during the order.
How is the order made?

If my product breaks, what should I do?
If the product is damaged within the Warranty period (1 year), you must send it to the Technical Service of Tecnochufa 2020, SL or to the manufacturer's SAT (depending on the conditions of sale) freight prepaid and presenting the guarantee that comes within Your purchase device together with the purchase invoice, will carry out the repair at no cost to you, (provided that it is indicated in the manufacturer's warranty.)

If the material does not convince me, can I return it?

How much are the shipping costs?
