  SPECIFICATIONS:

- Our RAPID COOLING TANKS are specially designed and built to COOL and PRESERVE in perfect condition, with the minimum expense of

  electric power the HORCHATA DE TIGERNUTS, due to its excellent insulation and the use of high-quality automation, in accordance with the ISO manufacturing standard

  5708 (UNE 68-049-82) that especially governs the characteristics that these equipments must comply with.

- They are designed according to section B II, which requires shorter refrigeration times for special products, always at a maximum ambient temperature of

  32º C.

  GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- CONSTRUCTION: AISI 304 Stainless Steel both inside and outside.

- EVAPORATOR of direct expansion of refrigerator gas R 404A.

- TOP COVER: Fully foldable to facilitate perfect access for cleaning.

- INSULATION: 50 mm expanded polyurethane foam. thick.

- MEASUREMENT: Using a millimeter rod and a conversion table in liters.

- EMPTYING OF THE PRODUCT: By means of a BALL TAP of Ac. AISI 316 stainless steel, with elbow.

- SUPPORT: Using stainless steel wheels for mobility and fixation.

- JOINING FRAME: The joining frame of the tank with the refrigeration unit is also built in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

 IMMEDIATE ASSEMBLY:

- All refrigerated tanks are delivered ready for use.

- To put them into operation, it is only necessary to connect them to the network.

  AGITATION:

- By means of a 0.25 HP motor-reducer at 30 r.p.m with automatic intermittent operation, the ideal agitation is obtained avoiding the formation of foam, dregs and the

  smoothie, achieving in a minimum time a perfect homogenization and cooling of the product.

  REFRIGERATION:

- The cooling time of the product from 20º C to 2º C. is 1 hour +/-.

- Digital thermometer for temperature control.

- 3-position switch: Stop, Conservation and Agitation..

- Hermetic compressor with great cooling power.

- Copper tube condensers and aluminum fins.

- Low acoustic level fan.
